Cases can be added to presentations in 2 ways, from the main query page, or from the case viewing page.
Add cases from main query page
Click the checkbox (red) to select cases. Yellow border will turn on to show case is selected.

Add Case to Presentation from Case Viewing Page
Open case for viewing.
Select Case Functions menu option
Click presentation to add the current case.
