A teacher creates a series of cases that she/he would like to use for a test.
The teacher does NOT want to give access to the cases until the presentation.
How to do it…
Create cases with read / write permission given ONLY to the teacher (or to a group the teacher is a member of).
Create a group, “Students”, that contains all the students. The individual students and the group “Students” do not have access to the cases. May need RadPix administrative help to create the group.
Create a presentation and give Read access to the group, “Students”.
When the presentation is started, all members of the the “Students” group are given access to the cases through the presentation. When the presentation is stopped, the “Students” group no longer has access to the cases.
