Inactivity Logout TimeoutAfter no activity by the user for the Logout Timeout, the system will automatically logout the user and clear the browser cache.
Browser Authentication Token3 Options available
Never Save – Authentication Token is never saved. On initial page load, refresh page, and new tab on browser all require login
Save during Session – Authentication token is deleted when page is closed. On initial page load and new tab opening, login is required. Refresh page does not require login.
Save on browser – Authentication token saved when page is closed. On initial page load and new tab opening, login is not required if token has not expired. Refresh page does not require login.
Public Case Setting No New Public Cases
Public Cases are allowed
Do not autodisplay login popupDo not Show – Best used with public cases, as login popup window does not display.
Show Popup – Select this setting to make it easier for users to login to the system
Authorization TokenValue is in seconds.
Setting can only be changed in rtfs.yml. If changes are made in rtfs.yml, RadPix must be restarted to take effect.
CORS StatusValue is true or false.

Allow users to import casesAllows users to import RadPix and MIRC case files.
Allow users to create clickable linksNote: Allowing users to create clickable links could be a potential security risk, as any valid URL can be entered. Also, RadPix can not monitor the content of the links.

This option allows a user to create a clickable web link when creating or editing a case. Such a link could to be an on-line reference, or a different RadPix Case.
Create report of cases with linksClicking this button will scan all RadPix cases for clickable links and allow the administrator to view the links. Note: this option is only visible when clickable links are allowed.
